REPLACEMENT MATERIAL OR SUBSTITUTE PARTS SOLD IN THE ONLINE STORE:

When the customer processes the order, once paid through the diverses forms of payment that we have in our store, we sent the material to the address that you have indicated, including the purchase invoice.

If the requested material is in stock in our warehouses at the time of purchase, the delivery time is 24/48 hours.

In the case that stock is not available spare parts, will be reflected at all times in the ordering process. Once processed, the material will be requested from our suppliers and will be served in the shortest possible time to the indicated address, including the purchase invoice.

The deadlines for delivery of spare parts are determined by the internal transport systems chosen by JYSA, SERVICIOS ELECTRÓNICOS S.L., which usually come from about 8-10 business days from the time of payment of the requested material.

If an order is made without stock and when requesting it from our suppliers, there is a stock break with no specific date or it is discontinued, JYSA, SERVICIOS ELECTRÓNICOS S.L., will make a full payment of the paid material.

In the unlikely event that the material is defective, the product warranty is valid for 90 days *, from the date of receipt of the material at your home. It is not possible to process any product under warranty that has been installed, used improperly or tampered with the safety protections or labels that the product carries.

The guarantee will be processed by our RMA service where the customer will have to pay the costs of the return transportation to our facilities. Once the material has been checked, if everything is correct, a replacement will be sent to you in the shortest possible time, with the shipping costs paid by our company. If it is not possible to send you a replacement, because there is no stock or for any other circumstance, the defective part will be repaired and it will be send to you without costs, fully working and guaranteed. On the other hand, if the repair of the defective material was not possible, the amount paid including the initial shipping costs would be returned.
