Terms and conditions of sale and delivery of products.
1. Shipping terms.
The shipment of material will be made once the payment has been made and it is in stock in our facilities, Delivery times are variable according to method of shipment and destination. The customs fees and taxes aren't covered by us.
2. Receipt of the merchandise.
It is a prerequisite that, at the time of receipt of the goods, the invoice to be signed by the carrier must indicate any incidents that may occur in the condition of the goods or of the packaging and are communicated to that effect by e-mail to Tienda@jysa.es within a maximum of 24 hours from the reception of the package.
3. Return of goods.
If you think that a product distributed by JYSA is defective, please contact us by phone +34 964341043 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product actually has a defect, you are covered by the warranty in the terms indicated on the website or the product. In this case the product should be sent to:

Once the defective product has been received, the JYSA technical team will check the defect and if the fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. In any case, the maximum period of time will be less than 30 days. If more time is needed, the customer can request the cancellation of the product and request a credit.
The guarantee of all our products will be the one established by the manufacturer of each brand.
5. Method of payment.
You can make the payment by cash (in some specific cases), bank transfer, debit or credit cards or using the services of paypal.
6. Cancellation and modification of orders.
Once an order has been received, we proceed to execute it and from that moment no cancellations or modifications will be accepted.
7. Transfer of risk.
The Risk for loss and / or damages is transmitted to the Customer from the moment in which the merchandise is sent to the Customer.
8. Delivery of product.
The product is considered delivered upon leaving the JYSA warehouse. The deadlines for the delivery of the material are merely informative, not binding for JYSA. Unless expressly agreed in writing with JYSA, the Customer will not be entitled to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of the postage) in the event of a delay in the delivery of the product.
JYSA makes every effort to offer competitive prices on current stock or refurbished products. The total of your order will include the price of the products and expenses generated by the shipping costs. JYSA reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice, in particular, to correct prices that may be wrong.
10. Tax exemption.
If you wish to place an order on behalf of an entity of the European Union to allow the acquisition of goods exempt from VAT, please contact us by phone +34 964341043 or by email email@example.com. You must send a copy of a valid ID card. The name of the entity must be exactly the same as the name of the certificate.
